ABOUT
Daniel is an underwater photographer based in Sydney, Australia. He first picked up a camera underwater in 2021 and quickly became hooked on the challenge of capturing the ocean’s hidden world. Since then, diving and photography have become an important part of his life, giving him a way to slow down, observe, and share moments that often go unnoticed beneath the surface.
Much of his time is spent exploring Sydney’s coastline, refining techniques to capture both the fine details of marine life and the sense of movement and atmosphere that make the underwater world so captivating. He has also travelled further afield to experience different marine environments, building a body of work that reflects both curiosity and respect for the ocean.
Through his photography, Daniel hopes to inspire others to appreciate the beauty and fragility of marine life, and to see the underwater world not as something distant, but as part of our shared home worth protecting.

My photography has been recognised with multiple awards in internationally renowned competitions, earning acknowledgment from the global photography community.
